No. Luna Band is eligible as it is, so you don’t need a letter or a health questionnaire.

I don’t have my HSA/FSA card with me

You can pay with a regular credit or debit card through Flex, then claim the money back from your plan with the itemized receipt Flex emails you.

Will I get a receipt for my plan?

Yes. Flex emails you an itemized receipt after you pay. Keep it in case your plan administrator asks for it.

Why was my card declined?

Most often there isn’t enough money left in the account. Check your balance and make sure your card details are correct and up to date.

Can I use HSA/FSA for straps and accessories?

No. HSA/FSA payment covers Luna Band itself. Straps and other accessories aren’t included.
