By using Luna Ring and Luna Band Services, you agree that we can collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Creating an account or otherwise using our services constitutes acceptance of these terms, forming a binding agreement between you and Nexxbase.

Under 18 (India/US) or 13–16 (EU): parental or guardian consent required. Faux-consent accounts may be terminated.

Required account fields: name, email, mobile number, password, date of birth, gender, height, and weight. Profile photo is optional.

• Delivery of Products and Services; access to features and functionalities.
• Addressing feedback, queries, issues, and customer care activities.
• Information on products, services, features, and promotions.
• Research, analysis, and improvement of Products and Services.
• Compliance with law and response to legal requests.

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We may process data in other countries, with security measures protecting against loss, misuse, and alteration.

We do not collect or store any Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.

To use the Luna Zone Services, you must create an account through the LifeOS AI app. During account creation, we collect the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Gender (optional)
• Password (stored in encrypted form)
• Profile preferences (e.g. health goals, activity level)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Luna Zone will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

To use Luna Ring and Band Services fully, you need an internet-connected mobile device. You are responsible for its normal operation and all associated Internet access fees.

The Luna Ring and Luna Band collect the following health and biometric data through their onboard sensors:

• Heart rate (continuous and on-demand)
• Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Skin temperature
• Sleep stages, duration, and quality
• Step count and activity data
• Recovery and readiness scores (computed by LifeOS AI)

Health data collected by Luna Zone devices is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Luna Zone devices are not medical devices and are not regulated as such.

• To provide personalised health insights within the LifeOS AI app
• To compute recovery, readiness, and sleep scores
• To improve the accuracy of our algorithms (anonymised and aggregated only)
• We do not sell your health data to any third party

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your Luna Zone account
• Deliver and improve the LifeOS AI app and device functionality
• Process orders, payments, and returns
• Provide customer support and respond to queries
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notifications
• Send marketing communications (only with your consent; you may opt out at any time)
• Conduct analytics to improve product performance and user experience
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

Luna Zone does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with trusted third parties only in the following circumstances:

We work with third-party service providers for payment processing, order fulfilment, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually bound to process your data only as instructed by Luna Zone and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We may disclose your data where required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Luna Zone, our users, or the public.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change and your rights in that context.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. De-identified data may be retained for research and statistical analysis.

• Upon account closure, data is deleted without liability (except where legally required).
• Marketing preference data retained based on last interaction with our content.
• Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytics and reporting.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to Restrict Processing — Request that we limit how we use your data
• Right to Data Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to Withdraw Consent — Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
• Right to Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing

Withdrawing consent for required data may restrict access to certain Products and Services.

Luna Ring and Band Services record training and health data for your private, non-commercial use.

We may collect device attributes, identifiers, Bluetooth signals, network info, location (with permission), and media gallery access (with explicit consent).

Required for Bluetooth device pairing and outdoor activity path tracking during exercise.

Caller details sent to connected devices on SMS receipt are not saved by the Luna Ring app.

Luna Ring and Band grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Services, content, and App. Sub-licensing is not permitted.

You are solely responsible for uploaded content. It must not be false, defamatory, harmful, offensive, or illegal.

Luna Ring & Band is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. Consult your doctor before use if you have any medical condition.

Long-term wear may cause skin irritation. Care guidelines:

1. Keep the device clean.
2. Keep the device dry.
3. Do not wear the device too tightly.
4. After prolonged wear, remove the ring for at least one hour.

If irritation persists more than 2–3 days after removal, consult your doctor.

We may share your data with business partners when jointly offering products. You will be informed via email before any sharing. We are not responsible for how third parties store or use your data.

Luna Ring and Band is not a party to agreements between you and third-party service providers.

Luna Zone reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Sending an email to the address associated with your account
• Displaying a notice within the LifeOS AI app
• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page

Your continued use of our Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account and discontinue use of our Services.

Nexxbase may change, suspend, or discontinue any function or content at any time without notice or liability. Software updates may be pushed automatically.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. To close your account, email support@lunazone.com with subject "Account Closure". Upon closure, the following are deleted:

1. All personal and demographic account information.
2. All data generated or synced on the App.
3. All paired device information and associated user data.

You have the right to file a complaint with Nexxbase's DPO, who reports directly to the company board.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. App content does not constitute medical advice and must not replace professional consultation.

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexxbase harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services, your content, or violation of these terms.

Nexxbase's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services. We are not liable for incidental, special, punitive, or indirect damages.

Governed by the laws of India, including the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act 2023. Disputes resolved through negotiation, or arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Additional provisions may apply to specific products or services. Where conflicts exist, additional provisions prevail.

Users must not upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Belongs to another person without the right to share it.
• Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or harassing on any basis.
• Is harmful to children or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains misinformation, deception, or impersonation.
• Contains malicious software or code designed to disrupt computer resources.
• Violates any applicable law.
